This website is informational. It does not collect health information, does not host patient records, and does not use advertising trackers. The only information we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.
The contact form
The contact form is for general questions only: scheduling, insurance, and fit. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other health details. Messages are delivered to our practice email and are not used for any other purpose.
Clinical care & HIPAA
All clinical care, including appointments, video visits, billing, and patient communication, happens through Headway, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Protected health information is handled there under HIPAA safeguards, never on this website. Patients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices at intake.
